    Hi everyone, I want to submit a complaint regarding Baby Products Online India, Kids Online Shopping, Baby Care Products at Firstcry.com website.

    I had placed an order # 1882285PO39010073 on Baby Products Online India, Kids Online Shopping, Baby Care Products at Firstcry.com on 25th Oct 2016 but I am not satisfied with their services. Please see the screenshot of a confirmation email of order # 1882285PO39010073 which I got from http://www.firstcry.com.

    First of all, they deliver my order after so many days and I need my items urgently (Although they write same & next day delivery on their website and newsletter as well) I called them many times but no response as there customer service is very poor. Also, they never call back me after many complaints on their website.

    Even after late delivery, I have accepted all items but I want to return one of the items as it is not perfect in size for my baby. Kindly check that item below.

    Now there is another issue, they are not arranging a return pick up for that item(baby cap). I called them many times but no response. I think they don’t care about their customers and I think I have spent more money and time on making calls to Baby Products Online India, Kids Online Shopping, Baby Care Products at Firstcry.com for my order and for refund. In the past, I had placed many orders on their website for baby diapers but I have noticed one more point with this order that they do not send any SMS notifications for the returns as compared to delivery messages.

    Kindly work on your customer services.

    I have posted my complaint on Baby Products Online India, Kids Online Shopping, Baby Care Products at Firstcry.com Facebook page from my profile named Sapna but they blocked my profile on Facebook. Now I want my money back to me for this cap item and please make the arrangements for pick up also.

    Please resolve my problem at the earliest. I request firstcry team to please don’t misguide

    the common people and their services will lead mistrust in the people heart for eCommerce companies. If you are writing easy returns on your website then kindly follow your policies. Every parent want to give the best thing to their baby and if they are not satisfied with your product then please issue them refund for their hard-earned money and one more thing, please make this process easy for everyone. I am still waiting for a response from firstcry team as they haven’t taken any corrective actions to my complaints.
